Normal leveranstid: 1–3 arbetsdagar.

Vid hög belastning kan leveransen ta något längre tid.

Alla beställningar skickas från vårt lager i Sverige.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may incur import costs if the delivery is outside the EU.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Don't worry, we record and track every package we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find where your package is.

When will I know that my order has been shipped?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. You will then receive a new email when we have sent your order.

Can I return my purchase?

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of cancellation that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at info@nordictoys.se. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.

When does my right of withdrawal apply?

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.
  • Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.
